I forgot to add it's TSSTcorp CDRWDVD TS-H493A, version - D200 I also assured in 'configuration' that pilots were put on and all that good things, still nothing. I find the TS - H49 2has but I can't find anything on the TS - H49 3A. I can't find much information on this CD as it is.

So, I tried to find the driver on the site of the manufacturer, as well as Dell website and could not find anything. He reads is no longer just about any type of disc I put in. But after the restoration, it has stopped working completely. Before I restored the CD player was another fine then he couldn't burn CDs. I also tried to turn the reader, uninstall/reinstall and I also decided to just restore my computer to see if it would work (it didn't). So I found my Dell disk drivers and reinstalled the drivers from there, but that has not changed anything. So I thought maybe that the CD did not work, but it worked fine on my brothers computer. So I tried to burn a CD a few days ago and whenever I tried to start the burning process it told me to insert a blank CD.
